Flower Delivery Volunteers
Flower Delivery Volunteers bring flowers from the Altar to parishioners who have been discharged from the hospital, have a birth in the family or who have had a death in the family. We deliver on Mondays. When we talk about uplifting people, this is one of those ministries. Contact Cyndy Ensign at 713/985-3808 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before or after Palm Sunday, Easter and Christmas, the volunteers also deliver palms, Easter lilies or poinsettias to the homebound. For more information, contact Gayle Ferguson at 713/985-3807 or email@example.com.
The Gathering offers a day at St. Martin’s for those with memory loss. Join us one Monday a month, 10:00 AM-1:30 PM in Bagby Parish Hall. We will not meet during the month of December. This senior ministry endeavors to use its time and gifts to serve Church members and others in our community who suffer with memory loss. The program provides a safe and loving environment filled with creative and stimulating activities for care partners, and allows their care givers respite from the day-to-day care. Contact Kathy Tellepsen at 713/621-6485 or 713/301-4786 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Lazarus Guild of St. Martin’s has for many years exercised a wonderful ministry. Composed mostly of men who are retired, the Guild is primarily responsible for providing Ushers for funerals at St. Martin’s. Through its service, the members minister to those who mourn in many other ways as well. Occasionally the Guild provides Ushers for special events during the week. Please prayerfully consider this opportunity for Christian service. Contact Cyndy Ensign at 713/985-3808 or email@example.com.

Prayer Shawl Ministry
The Prayer Shawl Ministry is open to everyone and is part of the Community of Hope outreach to our parishioners. Our purpose is to knit God’s love, care and warmth into our shawls and have them blessed before giving them away. If you don’t knit, we will help you learn how, or encourage you to start knitting again. We meet Tuesdays, from 9:30-11:00 AM, in the Activity Center Family Room. Please consider being a part of our group. Contact Shirley McAllister at 713/960-5776.
