Mission Statement

The purpose of St. Clare’s Needlepoint Guild is to glorify God by bringing together stitchers of all ages and skill levels to beautify our parish, support St. Martin’s outreach programs, and nurture the art of needlework in our members.

Membership

St. Clare’s Needlepoint Guild welcomes stitchers of any skill level. We teach needlepoint from basic stitches to detailed and advanced work. Stitchers skilled in basketweave are needed to help with Chancel Area projects.

Meeting Times

Wednesdays 12:00-3:00 in Activity Center Upper Hall East,
The second Monday evening from 6-9 p.m. in a member’s home,
The fourth Sunday 1:00-4:00 in the Activity Center Upper Hall East.

What St. Clare’s Needlepoint Guild Does

We work year round stitching and finishing over 150 items to sell in St. Martin’s Gift Shoppe and Joy of Giving Market while working on church projects and participating in outreach projects. We paint canvases, finish stitched canvases, and take commissions. All sales are used to fund our church projects.
